Full member
(Voting) $65 Full-time journalists working as reporters, editors, photographers, producers, writers, researchers in newspapers, television, radio, magazines, Internet, public relations and corporate communications and news services. Full-time freelance writers and journalists, photographers, and those in other media-related occupations. Associate member (Non-voting) $50 Part-time freelance journalists, writers and public relations and corporate communications professionals. Journalism professors and instructors on sabbatical and other professionals working part-time in media-related occupations. Supporting member (Non-voting) $40 Individuals who support the mission and values of the CABJ but are not working in a media-related occupation. Student member (Non-voting) $20 Full-time students enrolled at an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree/diploma in journalism or a media-related discipline. Dues Annual dues are effective February 1 to January 31. New members who join between February 1 and July 31 are assessed the full annual fees. New members who join between August 1 and January 31 are assessed at 50% of the annual dues. Renewing members are assessed the full dues at the time of renewal. Membership renewals are due February 1.
